You will need to email us at enquiry@innoplan.com alongside with detailed description, photos / videos showing the fault as well as your order number.
Our team will process the claim request and reply you within 7 business days.
We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be, or the size of the item does not fit ino the space you planned.
However, please take note that return of order is only allowed if the order arrives damaged. We regret to inform you that change of mind after purchase will not be valid.
As such, we highly recommend you measure the area you would like to furnish before placing an order.
Unless otherwise stated, all our products will be covered for 1 year warranty. The warranty period commences from the date the goods are received.
