What should I do if i received a defective product?


You will need to email us at enquiry@innoplan.com alongside with detailed description, photos / videos showing the fault as well as your order number. Our team will process the claim request and reply you within 7 business days.




What if I don't like the item I received, can I request for a refund?


We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be, or the size of the item does not fit ino the space you planned. However, please take note that return of order is only allowed if the order arrives damaged. We regret to inform you that change of mind after purchase will not be valid. As such, we highly recommend you measure the area you would like to furnish before placing an order.




How long is the warranty provided and what does it cover?


Unless otherwise stated, all our products will be covered for 1 year warranty. The warranty period commences from the date the goods are received. For the full warranty policy, please check out our Product warranty page located at the footer of the page.





Shipping & Assembly

How long will it take for my item to arrive?


We have a range of lead times, depending on when and how many pieces you are ordering. However, we will try our best to deliver within 3 - 14 business days.




How do I track my order?

What are you delivery schedules?


Deliveries are made from 10:00 - 18:00 from Monday - Saturday.




Can I specify a delivery date and time?


After placing your order, please contact us directly to arrange for an ideal delivery date.

Where is your furniture from?


Our furniture is from south east Asia or manufactured directly in our own factories.




Can I customise the item?


Depending on the item, customisation options may vary. To be sure, please contact us directly at enquiry@innoplan.com before making your purchase.




Do you have a showroom?


Yes! Our showroom is located at North view Bizhub, 6 Yishun Industrial Street 1 #01-13 and open between 10:00 - 18:00. However, due to covid restriction, please contact us and book an appointment before heading down to our showroom!
